Whole Foods Kitchen Cooking Class: Clean Eating Made Easy

Whether you are new to the clean eating lifestyle or not, My Wholesome Home's classes are the perfect way to find inspiration to adopt a healthier lifestyle for you and your loved ones. Classes are always small (maximum 6 people) to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to have hands on experience in the kitchen. Participants take home quick and easy recipes that are adaptable in any kitchen. An emphasis will be placed on food preparation and balanced holistic nutrition. Learn how to integrate a holistic approach to health through proper nutrition. Be supported by food preparation demonstrations, hands-on experience, discussion and delicious food!

All of these will be explored from a holistic point of view:

Exercise, lifestyle and the environment
