Nutritional Counseling aims to unify not only the nutritional aspect of your life but as well as the physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual components. Either with a single session or a series of sessions, we will work together to correct specific imbalances and weaknesses in your body which in the end will bring your body into balance - creating improved health and vitality.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation

You will be given an assessment package prior to your consultation which you will complete and bring to your appointment. The assessment package consists of questions that will give me a better understanding of your eating patterns, lifestyle habits, health history and nutritional requirements. Follow-up sessions include: food journal reviews, your nutrition questions answered and adjustments to your program.

Initial 175/Follow-ups 125 hour/75 for each additional half hour

Personalized Meal and Supplementation Plan 225

A 7 day menu plan based upon your preferences, caloric and nutrient needs. Includes personalized nutritional guidelines, recommendations and recipes. This plan will address special dietary needs for weight loss, weight gain, digestive disorders (IBS, Celiac, Crohn’s), hormonal imbalances, arthritis, diabetes, athletes, pregnancy etc.

Know how to make healthy choices in the grocery store for you and your loved ones! Do you feel lost and frustrated when you enter a grocery store? Frustrated at the impulse buys? Are you overwhelmed with the amount of selection while not knowing how to make healthy choices? During this 60min grocery shopping how-to, I will provide you with tips on how to stock your kitchen with wholesome foods, quick and easy meal ideas, tips on how to read labels and which foods to avoid. The tips and tools given within the session will help educate you on how to make smart, healthy and efficient choices when grocery shopping.

Kitchen Overhaul 225
A complete kitchen overhaul including your refrigerator, freezer, pantry and cupboards. The simplest way to make healthful choices and meals a breeze is to have the right items on hand. Removing temptation is the first step, but once the cupboards are empty what exactly goes into a wholesome kitchen? During your kitchen overhaul, you'll learn what a basic whole foods kitchen should consist of. I will share with you my master list of what I have in my kitchen at any given time as well as kitchen tools I use on a regular bases. An emphasis will be placed on preparing your kitchen for balanced holistic nutrition meal preparation. You'll also learn about proper food storage to keep your healthful foods fresh longer.
